We were today shown a property by Russell Neal. Russell arrived on time, showed us around and explained in full all the necessary information about the property. It is difficult in the current market to secure accommodation and I felt that Russell went the extra mile in explaining the process and supporting us to make informed decisions. I found that Russell was open and honest in our discussions, he answered any questions we had and made our overall experience today very good. Russell was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We have seen a number of properties through other agents and felt this was a really positive experience. We also put ourselves forward for the property!

I found Accomodation place online via Leader's Agent, contacted them about availability of the place, and everything was seamless from beginning to end. I was shown my place online via. Video, and where the kitchen was, and everything else I did my references online, and had feedback 30 minutes latest to be told that I had been successfully approved. My contract was drawn up quite quickly, and sent to me for review and signature, and subsequently, I was asked to pay the fees and first month's rent, and this all took a day, without me going to the office. The only time I met the agents is when I came to get my keys to the new place. Absolutely professional, very caring and supportive, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family without any reservations.

Despite missing out on a property I have to give Credit for Rio! He stayed behind closing hours to show me around and was very helpful and insightful with any questions I had! But having let through other agents in the past and currently now renting through leaders I do feel qualified to write this review. Lucy Stephens. Where do I begin? She is a phenomenal property manager. Firstly. She takes pride in her work and actual takes both Landlord and Tenants interests to heart. Previously letting through prospect In Bracknell did not have that. My Property Manager there was incompetent and very rude. That’s another story though. Lucy has gotten back to me regarding any questions I had even before I’d moved in she had introduced herself to me and asked if I needed any assistance. She’s also been influential helping me possibly be allowed a pet in my place. I can’t sing her praises enough!!! I came from head office so got to watch over 200 branches worth of property managers do their thing but none do it with the class and elegance of Lucy.

Pat provides a professional expertise with great personality resolving everyday and more complex issues to the satisfaction of the tenants and myself. When other specialist services which Leaders offer are needed, these are seamlessly integrated. Property ownership has its fair share of problems but when they arise Pat has managed to resolve them all.

A review of two halves. I will start with the good as it needs highlighting and this has bought the overall score up- We started renting from Leaders in 2017. After a year a new property manager joined - Marquee Parsons and she has been a fantastic asset to the company since. She has been very helpful with our queries and helping out where necessary. She has time and again gone out of her way to provide first class service and is someone that you would want to deal with when issues arise. She deserves a bonus or pay rise in our opinion. The scores reflect our initial experiences with leaders. The property was in a state the day we moved in , we were told first told issues would be fixed before moving in which didn’t happen - then told the previous tenants had only just moved out and they were the problem - which is fine I get you get bad tenants but there was no offer to get any cleaners in , no offer of taking a small amount of rent off, no help what so ever. The property is now left in a better state than when we moved in! We were then left without a hot water and heating for two weeks during jan 2018 - The process of contact between landlord and agent was slow and cumbersome. There were further issues that would require a while to highlight. This may seem a bit of a moan but leaders will only learn if they know about issues. I will give leaders the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to work through issues and give a better experience to both landlords and tenants within the last year. So will say proceed with caution , do your research and If you can - get your own property , its the best way.
