Since the summer of 2020 I have instructed Lovett on 5 occasions. I have taken the decision to sell our small portfolio of Leasehold flats that have served us well for the best part of 20 years. Time to move on to other projects. It's been a long journey that has culminated in the last two exchanging contracts within 24 hours of each other. The service we have had has been exemplary and special note has to be made of the effort that has been made by Clair Clarke who has steered all the sales from start to finish. Just completed on sale of a flat in Boscombe. Long drawn out process through no fault of the agents which I don't think would ever have gone through if it was not for the fantastic job done by the 'sale chaser' Clair Clark. Everyone we dealt with at Lovetts were professional, well informed, courteous and always responded quickly to any queries but Clair was a particular diamond. Prior to selling the flat was let via Lovett International for some time and the lettings department were also first class. Would not consider using any other agent in the area

They say that buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. I can concur this having done it several times. What makes it worse is when you have to do it on your own and in a new town where you no idea whats what. I felt the staff at Lovett (i've only just got the gist of the name) gave me that listening ear. The staff are good but i was not happy when one of thier Engineer came to my flat to check for the gas safety well i was wondering why he need to cut the top glass cover of my 4 burner Gas Stove and Im paying for my Insurance to Know how for any problem in that Gas Stove i informed lovett maintainance office they told me its gas safety wow last year they did check but they didnt touch anything....now i cant place the cover because they cut the holder lost the screw of the glass cover...i want an answer to this .....i want them ti fix it ....

Over the years my property company has successfully used Lovetts many times to both rent out properties and to sell them. Max De Kment, the driving force behind the business, is widely known in local property circles and has a real insight into the local market. We have found Lovetts to be very good at attracting both tenants and purchasers and they have always looked after our needs well. Their extensive marketing campaigns on the radio, magazines, agency boards etc seem to be everywhere and they certainly pay off in terms of generating interest in our properties. All in all we like Lovetts - they get results!
