She has somehow beaten the odds and broken the laws of the already difficult Bournemouth conveyancing. Things haven't been easy but she has overcome all to satisfy both client and customer. At every stage of selling my flat through MK Estates their service has been excellent. Mark listened to the figure I wanted to put it on the market for (15k higher than the valuation of a different large estate agent in the area) and he managed to introduce a buyer who made a great offer for very nearly the full asking price within a short period of time. Mark, Emily and Kai are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the local property market, offering honest valuations and genuine feedback, rather than simply telling you what you want to hear in order to get your business. They had viewings arranged before the property was even on the market and really helped potential buyers see the best in my property and imagine living there.
