On meeting Phoebe ,I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the area and housing market.
She was respectful ,honest and didn't talk down to me as a single women selling a house.
The team took amazing photos and virtual tour.
At one point her she was very blunt and it was the kick I needed to clear the small front bedroom, so potential buyers could see how easy it was to put a bed in it! Always worth listening to the advice of your estate agent!!
It's been a difficult journey with several bumps along the way.
Phoebe went that extra mile, smoothing out the bumps and kept the sale on track.
After a difficult 7 days ,we exchanged on sale and purchase with completion very soon.
I would highly recommend Mr Green Estate Agents - they will offer you a great service and worth every penny.

G. A.As Landlords we found every staff member we dealt with at Mr Green Lettings very competent and efficient, if you had a query or an issue – it would dealt with promptly. The young team were also very polite at all times; the various heads of sections must find mediating between the Landlord and Tenant(s) extremely stressful at times especially in a an overheated property market like Bournemouth’s. We were especially impressed with their handling of the tenant and the large number of viewings they had to arrange when we reluctantly had to put our property up for sale. Just as a final thought to pass on; in the era of all electronic contracts, we decided to print the multiple parts of our contract off and go through them very carefully – it is easy to leave them sat in your inbox until the last minute and just press send.

C. R.UPDATE: I have been with Mr Green now for almost a year. I can honestly say that they have been amazing. The team are friendly, quick to respond, and have done exactly as I had asked: they deal with minor issues, and only when they need input because there will be a cost involved, do they check back with me. I give them the go-ahead, and it’s sorted, with an update when it’s done.
The team of tradesmen they use are also great. They respond straight away, and their charges are very reasonable.
I’m not sure what we would have done this year without the team at Mr Green.

I had to choose a letting agent to manage a property in Bournemouth, as I don’t live locally. It was important to me that the agent was honest, reliable and straightforward, and would be fair to both me and the tenants (happy tenants tend to stay longer). I did a lot of research, and eventually chose Mr Green. I can only say that they have exceeded my expectations in all ways. Katie and Lucy work so hard, and have such a positive and friendly approach. They have managed work on the property prior to letting in an efficient and cost effective way, have found great tenants, and have kept me informed, but taken the stress of managing the tenancy away from me. Thanks to the team at Mr Green, I can relax and let them do the hard work, knowing that my tenants will also be well looked after. They really deserve 6 stars!

As we had been impressed with the service Mr Green staff had provided to date I spoke to Ryan in Letting regarding renting instead. Ryan was very encouraging and confirmed that there very few houses for rent in Southbourne and that he was confident he could find us good tenants very quickly. True to his work Ryan put it on Rightmove one evening and by 9am the next morning had 5 viewings booked all before 3.30pm that day. After viewings he discussed the tenants we had to choose from and we agreed on the most suitable ones. Within an hour they had paid their deposit, referencing was started and 2 weeks later they had moved in. Great work Ryan and staff will definately be recommending you all.

From the outset, they were extremely responsive. No devious selling tactics (which I had experienced elsewhere), no ridiculous back and forths when presenting our offer. Just an ethical, transparent and open dialogue.
As expected, buying during a global pandemic was tricky but every person in the business went above and beyond and managed our issues and importantly, our expectations. Simon was unflustered at all times (when I was extremely anxious) and that was so reassuring. They've probably experienced far more stressful sales than ours but I felt he recognised the emotional element that comes with house buying and never patronised and was never condescending. I felt he always listened and recognised my concerns and I felt he was in control of the (at times) uncontrollable.

My husband and I have just sold our two bedroom flat in Southbourne. Having initially put the property on the market with another estate agent, we moved to Mr Green after a number of positive personal reviews. Having now completed the sale, my husband and I can echo the reviews we were given.
Our flat was professionally managed by Darshan and from the very start his service was exceptional. He was diligent in his duties and managed to get a number of viewings organised the day the flat went onto the market, and we received an offer (which we completed the sale on) after 2 weeks.
Throughout the processDarshan and his team have always been on hand to advise (recommending damp survey companies and solicitors), support and facilitate progress of the sale. Continually chasing documents and updates, we both felt that at all times Mr Green had our best interest as their priority and as a result the team had our complete trust.
Darshan was open and honest, which again allowed us to manage expectations, achieving a realistic sale price and a timeframe to move.
Mr Green’s services are slightly more expensive than other estate agents in the area, however I can categorically state that they are worth it. We would recommend their services to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling in the Bournemouth area.
