Absolute top class service from Positive Sales & lettings!!! Tim and the team go above and beyond and provide a warm personal engagement. We had been with Positive for 12 months but decided to move to another property as we needed a ground floor and a garden. We didn’t think to ask Positive if they had anything available, instead we decided to look on Rightmove. We found what we were looking for with a different Agent. Unfortunately after completing referencing and signing the contract ready to move in, the new Agent called us with less than 4 days to move in saying that the property was not longer available due to the current tenant not wanting to move out! We were desperate and needed somewhere to live as we had a new baby and it was less than a month before Christmas. Fortunately Positive Lettings came to the rescue and found us a new home and even managed to increase our stay at our current place. They completely removed the worry and stress and the new property is even better than the one that we were expecting to move into.
