We cannot speak highly enough of the very professional service provided by Richard Godsell Southbourne, when selling my late Father-in-Law's house in Boscombe East this year. It was an emotional time for all the family, but on visiting the house in January, manager Stuart Mason was very courteous and considerate of the situation. Within two weeks, a sale was agreed at the guide price. We were then kept fully informed of all progress in the sale, right up to completion in May. The whole team including Stuart, Tom, Tina and Rebecca are a credit to the firm and a real pleasure to deal with.
