The whole process was really positive. From the first meeting we could tell that Justyn cared about us and our house and he worked very hard to ensure it was a smooth process. Would definitely recommend Justyn and Stour Estates to anybody looking to sell their house.

We viewed about 10 different properties in our search for a new home. We soon discovered that most Estate Agents just turn up, show us the home to get their commission whilst offering very little input during the viewing. Justyn at Stour Estates is nothing like that at all. He was by far the best estate agent we met. His knowledge of the property and the local area were second to none (you'd be surprised how many estate agents know nothing about what they are selling). He also called for feedback regarding the property and the viewing soon after (again something most estate agents don't bother to do). Once we had an offer accepted for our new home Justyn was incredibly helpful providing regular updates during the exchange process and offering very good advice when needed. He has excellent people skills and is a great communicator. He played a huge part in helping us move into our new home as such speed.
