After many months of frustration trying to sell my apartment, with several other agents, I was introduced to Mr George Marshall, of Stratton Oak. George came and did a very good marketing process, photography and video .My flat was in market on the 21st of February, there was a viewing on the 22nd of February, just 30 hours after it going on the market.On the 3rd of May it will be completion day just 10 weeks, and no stress! and I was very satisfied with the outcome of the price achieved. George and his team along with my solicitor Jenny Hedges of Ellis Jones, made my sale so easy, and I thank them all, brilliant service from beginning until end. I have recently sold a flat in Westbourne and the team from Stratton Oaks has been fantastic. George gave a valuation on our property but also gave us advice and tips to think about when considering offers. There were lots of viewings at the flat, all conducted by themselves and their customer portal gives you up to date feedback following the viewings. Once we accepted an offer, Louise who manages sales progression was totally on the ball and kept us updated. Stratton Oaks arranged our EPC and even liaised with a house clearance company to remove unwanted items of furniture. They were fabulous.

If you’re reading this and you’re a little unsure about going with Stratton Oak Estates, because they are a smaller business than some of your typical flashy estate agents on the high street, then fear not. We sold our flat in an astonishing amount of time, and we are certain that we couldn’t have got a better service from any other estate agent. George was extremely good at keeping up with our complex chain, and helped remove many blockers along the way that no one had noticed. George Marshall was recommended to us by our financial advisor and we are so grateful we found him. From the beginning of the process right up until the very end, George was utterly professional and left no stone unturned in converting an early offer into exchange and then completion. We always imagined that our house would be a challenge for any estate agent due to certain "compromises" such as a lack of conventional rear garden and its very close proximity to a noisy dual carriageway. George carefully explained how he worked in terms of a targeted marketing approach and we were very impressed with his explanation of how he would sell our property and had no hesitation in placing our faith in him. We had about 14 viewings in 3 weeks and an offer which was slightly low. George negotiated hard with the prospective purchasers and within a few hours we were in receipt of an acceptable offer. Things then didn't go smoothly in that the person at the bottom of a very small chain was quite erratic and unpredictable throughout the sale. To his great credit, George managed the whole process with great skill. His experience really shone through and his communication was exceptional. We actually felt that we were his only clients and he was always at the end of the phone or replying to texts and emails as soon as he possibly could. He would always liaise with the solicitors and keep us fully informed every step of the way. We have referred friends to George who have experienced difficulties in selling their apartment for quite some time and are confident that George will find a way forward. Not only is he an exceptional estate agent, his fee structure is more attractive than the "big" high street agents. Having previously not had success with other agents, we spoke to George who gave us useful tips and advice about how to prepare and stage our property, he didn't pressure us to sign up straight away. I don’t normally write reviews but thought this was one time it deserved one. George from Stratton Oak Estate Agents was first class and professional front start to end. He was always at the end of his phone day and evening for any question however daft it was which many estate agents do not do (go home at 5 !) He assisted in all the house move arrangements which was a huge weight of our shoulders. He liaised regularly with the mortgage broker and solicitors, always keeping us in the loop so we knew exactly where we’re at with the selling and buying of our home. And to top it off, the day of the actual move, he was the rock for us. He took the brunt of all the stress by dealing with everyone in the chain plus dealing with solicitors. I have to admit I'm not the biggest fan of Estate Agents but George did absolutely everything he said he would, more importantly when he said he would. He also managed to save the sale with some outside of the box thinking, when a less motivated agent would have lost it.
