Although I have been visiting the area for many decades, this was my first ever house purchase. So I was fortunate to have Clare Evans recommended to me by friends here, to help guide me through this entire process. The staff have all been very friendly, helpful, encouraging and professional throughout. Equally, they seemed to have just the sort of (detached) properties I was looking for, compared to other Agents I tried, a testament to the faith that local sellers have in them. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend them and should I ever need to move again, they would be top of my list.

I contacted Clare, along with other local agents, to sell my property following a bereavement. From our first meeting Clare stood out as being honest, friendly, professional and offering very clear information, as well as being sensitive to my feelings. Great local estate agency who work really hard to achieve a sale at a good price for both buyer and seller. Refreshing to deal with instead of some of the Dinosaurs around the area who claim to be good, easy to get a sale when you are constantly underpricing. Claire stood out for us and really appreciated the property and it’s benefits, others had decided their sale price before even stepping through the door! Claire and Megan are very professional and keep you fully informed at all times. We will definitely use them again.

We love Clare Evans Estate Agents!! They got us the house we really wanted and moved Heaven and Earth to make it happen. What helped us more than anything was being able to phone up and actually speak to someone who knows your situation and knows who to speak to to get answers - not something you get from the big ‘chain’ estate agents. The personal touch is what makes all the difference. Everyone at Clare Evans has been fantastic and we are so happy in our new home, they made it happen and we will be forever grateful for their care, knowledge, expertise, friendliness, advice and calmness when all others in the chain were wobbling! We love our home but, should we decide to move in the future, we won’t consider using anyone else. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
