Wonderful! Our valuation was done by Emma, who was friendly, professional and full of positivity. The staff were pro-active right from the start. They arranged plenty of viewings and Helen discussed sensible offers with us. Her communication was always great. The whole team, Roisin and co, are courteous, enthusiastic and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They organized garden clearance and some minor works with a handyman as we don't live locally. And then kept us informed of all progress. They were reassuring when it was stressful and took the strain because we live 3 hours away. In every way they have gone above and beyond our expectations. I recently completed on the purchase of a property which was sold through Daniel Matthews estate agents. Having purchased several properties in the past, I had a reasonable expectation of the involvement usually provided by estate agents with such property transactions. However, Daniel Matthews exceeded all my previous expectations, time and again. From the initial house hunting to finalising the purchase (all done in a matter of 6 weeks I must add), the guys at Daniel Matthews went above and beyond, making sure I was always kept in the loop, ensuring I found the right property for me and my family, and really caring that I was comfortable with every aspect of the potential purchase. They liaised with the vendors directly when my solicitors had sent out queries to expedite the purchase. They gave my family and I a mini-tour of the local area. They even gave suggestions on possible home improvements during the house viewings. I really cannot rate them highly enough. Even after completion they sent me congratulatory emails, wishing my family and I all the best in our new home.
