John Francis was the agent for the property we were buying, so not actually our agent. I was really impressed by how proactive they were. The sale took nearly 7 months to complete, (nothing to do with the agents) and Tracy was brilliant the whole time. As a first time buyer, single with no support, no idea what I was doing and very limited technology skills combined with no patience for all the boring red tape, the wonderful Lucy wood put me at ease straight away.
