L. T.I live in V2C property and recently had a new kitchen fitted. I admit I wasn't looking forward to the work as my husband is housebound. They arrived on time each day, told me what they were going to do that day and basically got on with it. We stayed in the living room and could hear them, there was no bad language although the singing wasnt up to much. I'd highly recommend this firm. The work is top class and they were so polite.

The aftercare is despicable. Left a disabled person without heating for 4 days and refused point blank to rectify problem or even send an engineer to check the problem out.
British Gas were called and put the problem right in under 2 minutes.
PBM will not abide by a duty of care if you are vulnerable, so dont expect an aftercare service they will blame anything rather than do what should be done.

If I could score more than a 5, then I would! This organisation has to be one of the best in Wales, without a doubt! They have the most professional team, exceptional work standard at the highest quality. I’ve encountered more than enough contractors to know the levels of standards from most. I won’t name & shame the bad guys, but if you need ANY work, ensure you check out these guys 100% I don’t think there is any contractor I’ve encountered, that I could say are better 🧐 There isn’t anybody else I’d use going forward. These were the 4th contractor who’ve had to rectify damage to my flooded property. But these blown it out of the water #Literally 👌🏽 #PBM #Damien #1 💙
