I run a couple of small businesses in Hertfordshire which consume all my time, as a consequence I rarely have any spare time to find and source new property deals. Thanks to Leon and Libby, they have helped me to double my property portfolio very quickly, as I’m no longer spending hours driving to and from Wales, squeezing in as many property viewings as possible. I worked very closely with Leon to get his assistance in sourcing my next investment property in South Wales. From the outset he took the time to understand what my investment criteria was and during our time working together only presented me with deals which matched my criteria. For every deal presented, Leon provided me with a clear deal pack which outlined the purchase price, GDV with links to sold comparables, rental value with links to comparables and refurbishment cost with a detailed breakdown. There were also different scenarios provided which showed what the money left in and ROI would be at different offer prices but also applying different strategies for the property. Communication was always very clear and he always kept me informed about properties which he was viewing and what the status of any offers he had made was so I always felt like I knew what was going on.
