Estate agents are usually just on their own side - not even the side of the seller paying their fees - Beau is definitely not one of these. From the very first meeting it was clear that all he wanted to do was the absolute best for me as his client, he made me feel valued and listened to. He's independent so no big corporate stuff like you usually get, and he had some really fresh ideas when he discussed his marketing plan with me. I felt I could trust him completely and I thoroughly recommend him - such a refreshing approach.
