Clarity managed the property for my student house last year and managed the rental agreement for my current flat. They were incredibly helpful in sorting any problems we brought to them as quickly as possible. Clarity were the property managers of mine and my partners first flat together. They’ve always been incredibly professional and friendly towards us whenever we have communicated with them. I had actually just moved out of the property and my friend had posted an important parcel to this address. Andy and Imogen quickly responded to my query about the parcel and if there was any way we could retrieve their before the new tenants moved in. The parcel was ready to collect from their office the same day. Excellent and personable staff!

Clarity helped me in a pinch… we were supposed to be moving in a weeks time but the previous tenants were refusing to leave and so the company we were looking to rent with had to cancel our contract, even though we had already moved out of our previous house and were living in a hotel in anticipation of moving. We contacted Clarity explained the situation and the staff were so very helpful providing us with same day and next day viewings. We then viewed a 3 bed flat which we fell in love with. It was the same price as the one we had “lost”, with 3beds instead of two, renovated, and clarity made the whole process very easy. We were moved in within 5days. Throughout our rental, Clarity were very communicative and easy to contact about anything. They were quick to resolve any issues we had (nothing major anyway, but the service was great). When it came to viewings, even during the covid period, they were very respectful of our space, and always let us know in good time. The checkout was very straight forward and easy also. We were delayed by a few hours moving out, and although we finished past their closing time, as long as we let them know, they were very understanding, and we were told we could drop the keys off through the letter box. Deposit was very easy to claim back also. All in all, a great company with wonderful helpful staff. Out main points of contact were Tracy and Ted - thank you both for making renting such a pleasant experience.

I have worked with Tracy at Clarity Property Management for the last few years as a contractor. I have always found Tracy great to work with. She is extremely professional always providing excellent, prompt communication and striving to do the best job possible for landlords and tenants alike.
