We came to EweMove after having difficulty selling our flat. We had our flat on the market with one of the leading estate agents in Brighton and Hove....3 months later and with only a few viewings we were frustrated and feeling quite down about our prospects with getting our new place. We met Neil from EweMove at a house viewing and immediately got a really good vibe from him. We decided to move over to them and in the space of a weekend new pics were taken and the profile was up. Cut to just 2 weeks later we had a buyer offering asking price. The whole team at EweMove were fab - Neil, Sharon and Hillary came prepared and gained us loads of interest in the flat. We were getting updates on a Sunday - practically unheard of from other estate agents! We don't plan on moving anytime soon but would certainly go with EweMove again and recommend them to our friends/family!

Neil Turned up on time for our appointment, gave us more time than other agents that rush you round a property as they need to get to their next appointment. Neil is knowledgable about Brighton property prices and locations, and I believe Neil has worked in favour of both parties and hopefully we can complete a purchase of a property through his estate agency. Neil Beglin of EweMove Hove, as his marketing suggests, is indeed “different” and blows out of the water the usual preconceptions about estate agents. We were considering renting out our flat in Hove when Neil’s flyer dropped through our letterbox and our call was quickly followed up by him with a visit on a Sunday to fit in with our busy schedule. We were instantly impressed with his professionalism, honesty and extensive knowledge of the market, so decided to engage his services when we subsequently changed our minds and decided to sell the property. The sales particulars and photographs produced by Neil were of an exceptionally high standard and a buyer was soon found. In the event, the transaction itself proved somewhat problematic but Neil was there every step of the way, including outside of normal working hours, to offer support and guidance. Neil’s efforts to ensure our sale completed successfully included undertaking challenging negotiations with our freeholders and went way beyond what we would have expected. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering renting or selling their property.

Neil Beglin of EweMove (Hove) can restore your faith in Estate Agents. His friendly but businesslike approach takes the pain out of selling your home. He will go above and beyond the call of duty - when I was rushed into hospital with acute appendicitis he made sure everything was under control at home - including keeping the balcony garden watered.
