R. W.I’ve always had managing agents in all the properties I’ve rented and Jarlands are by far the most helpful, professional and accommodating agents we’ve ever had. Their fees are kept to an absolute minimum and only applied where essential. In fact, they have strong opinions about the agents that charge extortionate fees as they really don’t deem them necessary. They are open 7 days a week so someone is always there to help and they run on a small number of staff so a rapport is easily built with whomever you speak to - this also allows each person in the office to know exactly who you are when phoning in. I can’t fault them and would highly recommend.
