I had an an amazing experience with Justin Lloyd estate agent , dealing throughout with Poppy Doyle , who could not have been more efficient , helpful and kind , and helped me secure a great property in central Brighton. As I was relocating from Glasgow with my two daughters , she also went above and beyond, and gave me advice regarding schools etc , which was really great as well. I felt as if she actually cared, and I feel lucky and grateful that she made the whole process smooth for me , checked in regularly with me in whatsapp , and reasuured me when I was running late to pick up the keys , and I would certainly recommend Justin Lloyd as an estate estate as they are professional, and efficient , and you would be extra lucky to be looked after by Poppy. I purchased my little gem of a flat via Justin Lloyd after a roller coaster 6 month journey. (Delays in no part due to Justin Lloyd). The details were well prepared and really drew my attention to the flat. After viewing the flat, Helen supported me through the negotiation process and Nick (with splashes of Gary and Helen) through the period leading up to exchange. Despite the team's best efforts to console me and keep me on board, I took to the bottle and started smoking again. That said, had it not been for Nick and Helen's tender mercies in particular, I may have had to go on bended knee to my GP for some Valium. Estate agents don't always get a good press, but Justin Lloyd are the exception. Without exception, everyone I dealt with (pretty much everyone) was helpful, courteous, well informed and friendly. I am now sitting at my rather lovely little antique pine table (kindly gifted by dear Mrs J at The Ditch) typing this review in the West Wing of my property. Thank you Nick, Helen and your team!

However, we were glad to see that the property was re-marketed with Justin Lloyd at a later date as they have always been very helpful and polite on the phone. This office is well organised and efficient. The staff are polite, friendly & always helpful. The office is clean and well furnished. If the specific member of the team you want is not present the others will always take a message or put you in touch via phone, email, or text message. Messages are always dealt with quickly - usually within an hour or two but often more quickly. As a tenant the management of my property is efficient and thorough. The inspections are non-intrusive and appreciative. Communication with my landlord is equally good with discussion of ways to resolve problems. There is one very helpful Justin Lloyd staff member who has got to know me and values my tenancy.

Probably the best letting agency experience i've ever had. The staff here are well organised, punctual and on the whole very helpful! Stephanie in particular has been an excellent go to for managing our tenancy and sorting any issues we had and Anne was fantastic at sorting out the end of tenancy process.
