I worked with Chloe at Leaders Brighton Marina and she was fantastic to work with. I have leased an apartment through them and Chloe took me through all the steps, helped me visit the apartment ahead of time to take measurements and was always happy to answer any concerns or questions I asked. Also, the other team members were always friendly too when I called the office so I never felt that I was being a pain. I would definitely recommend renting through them.

Having had to find an alternative tenancy for my Special Needs son, close to where he lives to save stress and worry, it was extremely fortunate that Leaders came to the rescue. The whole process was made easier by the friendliness and professional efficiency of Chloe B. Chloe was always on hand either in person or by 'phone and emails were replied to promptly. Anytime that I visited the office on the Marina in person I was always made to feel welcome by Chloe and her colleague and her Manager. I am also impressed by the "aftercare" service that tenants have access to once all the initial paperwork is done and dusted. I recently took tenancy from leaders for an apartment in the marina which was a very slick process. Demetrius was rather helpful and accommodating during the viewing stages and when handing over to Chloe to sort out the paper work this went very smoothly. She was quick to respond to emails and very pleasant when picking up the keys, she took me to the apartment and discussed all internal appliance systems which was really beneficial. I would however note that if trying to contact leaders go to them directly rather that through the Rightmove page as the lines weren't operating when I tried.

Professionalism from start to finish with a bit of luck😊 😊 For the last 17 years I have been renting various apartments through various real estate agencies. I've been through some really awful things… Some agencies were pushing the legal boundaries and treated me like a bottomless piggy bank charging me whenever they had the slightest possibility to do so. Others simply ignored everything and only cared for rent money. At some occasion even turning a blind eye to when my landlord starts coming to the apartment almost every day without my permission… I changed rooms and agencies, losing money and nerves until I found on my way Leaders. Initially, after my previous experiences, I was very skeptical, but as it turned out later, it was the beginning of a fruitful and trouble-free long-term cooperation that continues to this day. I started my adventure with Leaders on the recommendation of my friend. I fell in love with her apartment at Brighton Marina Western Concourse and I have always dreamed about it 😍. When she moved out i just had to have it! I completed the formalities in Brighton on West Street. Friendly service and stress-free. However, good agencies are not known only how they start cooperation with their customers, but how they handle after sale services and check out… Only then it becomes clear whether it will be hell or heaven 👹😇 Here it is worth noting that not all the bad (or good ) depends only on the agency, but to a large extent it can be the owner of the property. I turned out to be an exceptionally lucky man. My Landlady turned to be the most wonderful person I have ever rent from. Full of compassion, good hearted and extremely proffesional. My after sales services was served by Leaders Marina. Renting this apartment for 8 years, I didn't have to report much, but considering how long I was renting, I had the opportunity to do so. Each time my case was dealt with without delay and with a positive result. The staff at the marina are always pleasant and ready to help. Kate Saunders deserves special attention here. She goes above and beyond to maintain her branch services at the highest possible standards and to satisfy the client so that he feels properly and respectfully served. Unfortunately, after many years It’s living in this great property time comes for me to move out and here also the checkout process and formalities were handled by Kate. Like all the rest went smoothly, without unnecessary hassle and unfair fees and very importantly quickly. It was a real pleasure communicating with Kate throughout the process. Thank You Kate. You making a real name to your organisation ⭐️ When looking for a new flat, I tried another agency, finding a new flat near my work. What was my surprise when the real estate agent was brutally rude and asked in advance when viewing the apartment how much time it would take for me to look at it and if I was going to rent it for sure or not because others are waiting and that I should tell her now yes or not immediately… Despite a really nice apartment, I gave up immediately and found another apartment from the Leaders to be feel like at home and hustle free again. My transition was carried this time thru Leaders North Lane by Meaghan Hunt and also fully proffesional. Both the Sales and the Lettings teams have demonstrated 5 Star professional and personal handling, and I could not recommend them more. Further, I highly recommend Jon and his Brighton Marina Property Management Development team, who can be engaged/retained to take care of everything, in the most timely and professional fashion, to do with anything that would otherwise be the owner's/landlord's responsibility; plus conducting periodic inspection visits on rental properties. Which can save owners a huge amount of time in both routine and priority compliance areas (which owners/landlords are often not qualified to handle in appropriate fashion) especially when they are away or not sure what to do. Thereby assuring 24/7 peace of mind.
