Lextons have a stellar reputation! And for good reason. In all honesty, more has been accomplished in the last 5 days through Lextons (with the wonderful help of the amazing Freddie Pitt-Brown) than in the last 6 months through another unnamed agent when it came to buying a property in Brighton. Freddie was courteous, knowledgeable and professional at the viewing that we attended last week. Within minutes of our offer being accepted, we were put in touch with an excellent solicitor and conveyancing team, and we were made to feel totally at ease by Freddie's friendly and outgoing demeanour. I honestly cannot fault Freddie or Lextons and am entirely grateful for him/them coming to our rescue after we'd been strung along for over 6 months by indecisive vendors at a previous property we wanted to buy... That one fell through... We'd been dealing with another agent who ended up wasting a lot of our time and also resulted in spending lots of money needlessly. If you are looking for a well known Estate agent in Brighton and Hove with a wonderful reputation who you can trust to get the job done, then no need to look further than Lextons. Freddie, we thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! Communication has been excellent, and we've felt totally comfortable since the moment we started dealing with them. Highly recommended to all who need to buy/sell/rent or let in the Brighton/Hove area! Would not hesitate to use again and again!

I recently purchased a property in Hove. James Pepper from Lextons handled the sale for the vendors. James is the best estate agent I have ever worked with. He was helpful and informative at all times and facilitated a very smooth, reasonable, and stress-free purchase.
