We cannot speak highly enough of Tom and his team. Right from the start we were impressed with his knowledge and commitment to giving my brother and me a first class service in selling the home belonging to my late father. Tom found a buyer (no, in fact he found 6 potential buyers from which we selected the best option!) in less than a week from the property going to market. Then, throughout the sale process, he and his team kept us fully informed with what was happening, and never let more than a week pass without telephoning, even if there was nothing particularly happening that week. The team guided us through every step of the way, liaised fully with all parties of the chain, solicitors, surveyors, everyone. Then as the exchange date approached, the contact was ramped up to ensure a smooth exchange on time and again we were kept updated with progress. Thank you to Tom, Matt, Fenton and all of the team for such a brilliant service and we fully recommend Mansell McTaggart without hesitation to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property. This review relates to Tom and the team at Mansell McTaggart Brighton (Patcham). I'm not in the habit of writing online reviews but they deserve it. Highly professional and ultra-responsive, their quality of service was a league better than that of any estate agency I have previously dealt with. It was clear that the transaction, my custom and their reputation all mattered to them *personally*. They made appropriate and targeted use of new and traditional marketing methods. They progressed the matter to a swift and successful conclusion with energy and drive. Their knowledge of market dynamics and of the legal and other processes involved was excellent. After moving from another agent to Mansell McTaggart the difference was night and day, exemplifying what a service should be, professional, articulate and with a very much can-do hands-on approach. Simply put, above and beyond doesn’t even start to describe their service / attention and in itself would be an injustice to leave it there. I swear Tom worked 25hrs a day 8 days a week on our very ‘tricky’ transaction (which was nothing to do with Mansell McTaggart I hasten to add), the man’s not human!!!! They really do amplify the cradle to the grave service (or as their catch phrase says ‘From start to finish’), simply can’t recommend them enough. With Mansell McTaggart you’re in safe hands.

Going ‘above and beyond’ is often thrown about in many businesses, but here, they absolutely live and breathe that. It’s fair to say its been a rollercoaster in getting to exchange of contracts, completely outside of his control, so many times I wondered if we would get there. We did, and Tom did absolutely everything in his power, and completely went over and above what you would expect an Estate Agent to do, showing and doing what was right, with transparency, and his moral compass and personal values are without question. Estate Agents often get tarred with the same brush, and lots have a bad name. Mansell McTaggart totally buck that “brush”.
