Mishon Mackay (Hove) have been managing my property for the past 5 years and have given excellent service throughout. One of the things that I most value is that they try to provide a good service to both owners and tenants on the understanding that things will run most smoothly when 'both' are happy.

I have recently sold my property via the Preston Park Mishon Mackay branch, my points of contact were Drew and Brandon, both of whom I am very happy to recommend based on my experience with them. Right from my first phone call with Drew I found the team very friendly and professional, Drew even came to value my property nice and early so I could still get to work on time and this was within a day or two of my initial phone call - 2 other agents I contacted either didn't return my calls or couldn't fit me in at a convenient time. Throughout the viewing and sale periods my emails and phone calls were always responded to on the same day and I was kept up to date on progress, feedback, and any attempts the guys had made to get people through the door - even as lockdowns came and went. Crucially the team were good at assisting my solicitor in chasing the other parties involved in the sale as and when required to ensure we were able to exchange and complete on time, this is something often overlooked and that you do not get from "do-it-yourself" online agents.

I've been very happy with the service I have had from Maria V and the staff at Mishon Mackay, in letting my flat. I don't have any complaints. Quite a few of the one star reviews here where MM has no record of the name given look rather suspect - no actual details given, and some names look very made up. What a shame. We're all under greater stress this year, and I would encourage people posting reviews to try and be fair - it's easy to blast off, but there are usually two sides to every story.

Just wanted to say how amazing Mishon Mackay where with finding my Mum a beautiful flat. They where so kind and helpful with every step of the process, Chris Cottrell was especially on the ball and made sure we had all the support we needed. My mums not very computer savvy and they ensured it was as easily as possible for her. I felt I could call at any time to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble for him, he even managed to get a better price than the original asking price for us!
