Having been a tenant at one of Pavilion's properties for many years I can safely say that they have always treated myself and my housemates really well. The fact that we have been good tenants has been recognised and reflected in keeping our rent at a really good value rate, and if we've had any maintenance issues they always send someone professional over reasonably promptly to fix it. The people in the office are always nice to deal with, and I'm happy to have had them as letting agents for so long, a relationship I hope to continue.
