PS&B have been super helpful and quick with everything I needed. I've been a tenant for more than a year now and any issues or request I had were resolved quickly and easily. Brooke is very nice, professional and responsive, communication is always great! Overall I've had a really positive experience with them :)

Our experience with PS&B was pretty good overall - the whole process from arranging a viewing to us signing our rental contract was extremely quick and straightforward. The communication was quick and we always got a swift response. There was a slight miscommunication on our move-in day when we received our keys, but this was promptly resolved too. A special thanks goes out to Ellie - extremely friendly and professional agent who always went above and beyond when it came to our needs and any special requests!

I have used PS & B to let out my property for the last four years now and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They offer a friendly, courteous and realistic management service of my property and their communication is excellent. I believe that communication is paramount when letting/renting properties and I’ve found their approach to be perfect for me. Nothing seems to phase Brooke (current property manager) or previous members of the team and they offer a hassle free and friendly service for all involved, both myself as a landlord and for my tenants. Would highly recommend!

I recently rented a property with PS&B and they were fantastic - Amy was amazing at viewing and the whole way through the renting process. She was there to answer any questions we had as it was a first time from moving out of home. Unfortunately we had to check out earlier due to personal circumstances and both Amy and Brooke were both really supportive and understanding, making this process very easy and lessened the stress from an already stressful situation. I can’t fault them at all throughout the whole process, from the first viewing of the property to the check out, Amy and Brooke were amazing!
