Spencer & Leigh have been managing my property for the last thirteen years. They have been providing a fully managed service, while I have been living overseas. Relying on their services has given me a peace of mind. They are approachable, friendly and professional. Recently, they project managed the decoration of my house including painting and carpeting. From proposing several vendors to project management, they did an excellent job. Also, they selected new tenants in a timely fashion. I have trusted 3 different estate agents to let my property on a tenant find only bases. They have all worked hard but Spencer and Leigh found me the professional tenant to whom I was happy to let my property to, after doing my own due diligence. Katie and Olivia have been very responsive to emails and phone calls. They are the largest agency to use for both lettings and sales in the Westdene area.

We had a decent experience despite the house being old and not well cleaned inside hadn't been maintained fully and when we entered the property, despite being told the house was being renovated before the beginning of our tenancy, there were still some basic essential maintenance to be carried out. The director dealt with it the best he could. We had to chase to get our deposit back after the inventory person put a charge on the check out for something that was broken and marked at check in. For an estate agency in Brighton they are good and I must admit they are more polite and customer service oriented than most people in this industry.
