I was renting a lovely property in the Brighton’s North Laines through Young Lees for nine months and have nothing but good things to say about them as an agency.
They are incredibly communicative, friendly, and willing to help with any issues with the property.
We received almost all of our deposit back when we left, this is largely due to the advice and support of their staff throughout the moving process. If you plan to rent through Young Lees you can rest assured that they will help you get the deposit back if you make the effort to seek their advice in preparing the property.
The house was gorgeous and reasonably priced in comparison to other properties in the area. It was fitted with new carpets, decking and in a fantastic location too.
There were no unexpected inspections or disputes throughout the tenancy, honestly its been stress free from start to finish. Getting the deposit back is great too.
I would thoroughly recommend this agent to anybody looking for a property in Brighton, or a property owner looking to rent out their house. They seemed to really care about the property we were in.

I lived in the flat that i rented via Young Lee for 5 years. The Young Lee team were very kind to me from the beginning. I had some issues regarding the flat and they did their best to help me, especially Juliette, Susan and Emily. Last month i had to move from my flat to my partner's house. Just ended our 3 year tenancy with Young Lee. Checking out of a tenancy can be a stressful process for both tennant and letting agent however Susan Biddulph was a star. There was confusion over appliance ownership due to how long the property had been rented but by maintaining an open dialogue Susan was able to resolve the issues by putting in some additional work for us.
Other agents I've rented from have fought tooth and nail to find fault and charge fees for all kinds of Wear and tear. I expected another battle but there was none. They were very respectful and reasonable.
