B. B. B.I have been a Guardian in three properties with Ad-hoc in the past 2.5 years, Bracknell, Newport and Taunton. All have been a good experience. Low cost fees, good service when required, easy on boarding and easy to transfer to other locations. The only reason I'm not using them now is there's no available properties in the area I've just moved jobs to. I thoroughly recommend the Ad-hoc company.
D. L.Really happy with the services. I've been a Guardian tenant with Ad Hoc in Bristol since 2014. I couldn't be more pleased with with my living standards, with rent prices in the housing market being so difficult for tenants in today's world, the service and function provided by Ad Hoc are for me, absolutely essential. I've always had a great relationship with the provider, I feel any issues I've had have always been regarded with seriousness by the agent. Despite some of the media's recent articles citing Guardianship as a whole, I feel my living standard, amenities and facilities to be among the best in any of my tenancies.
I have some experience in dealing with another major operator, Ad Hoc's chief competitor. If you're interested in becoming a part of the Guardianship scheme and are looking for accommodations, especially in the Bristol area, I would strongly advise you to call through to Ad Hoc first above all other operators, my experiences from their competition has not been as positive. Five stars hands down!
P. G.I'm in my fifth year as an Ad Hoc property guardian and am on my third building with the company. I'm occupying the disused nursery school block of a former infants school and it's self-contained. The open plan space is brilliant and the Guardians in the main school building are very friendly. Ad Hoc takes care of us and keeps the buildings in very good order. I had a blocked sink and they had the maintenance guys out in a matter of hours. That's typical of the experience I've had with them since 2013. If you're thinking of living as a property guardian, or have a property you want to protect in the South West region, I can thoroughly recommend this team.

I have been a guardian for 6months now and I’d highly recommend AdHoc to anyone looking for an affordable and yet spacious and up-kept living space. I would like to especially compliment Trina, who’s always really helpful and efficient!
J. B.As long as you understand the nature of your residency, Ad Hoc is excellent. They are a bit slow to respond to repair requests sometimes but no slower than landlords, including Local Authorities. But that is why I have only given them four stars not five. As long as you understand why you are paying so little, and what your responsibilities are; being a Guardian with Ad Hoc is great.
J. B.I have been a property gaurdian with Adhoc for over 6 months now. In my experience of the dealing with the South West/Bristol team I can say they have been very supportive, helpful and on the whole, very timely.
Being a property guardian is a very flexible and low-cost means of living. I am a professional working in the centre of Bristol but pay way under £300 per month rent with all bills included. There is also the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people if that's what you are looking for.
A friend of mine has dealt with Adhoc in a professional capacity - renting one of their spaces in Bristol City Centre. He speaks very highly of the team and said dealing with them 'was a pleasure'.
A. J.Trina has sorted us out with a lovely little ex-holiday cottage next to a stream in the Cornish countryside. Absolutely up our street. There was one issue with the property that was too expensive for them to fix (hence 4 not 5 starts) BUT, other than that we're extremely happy with the service, the cost and the people we've dealt with. Good on you, Ad Hoc.
D. G.I was struggling to find a place near Severn Beach and later found one through Ad Hoc in 2016. Since then, I moved to 2 places. Didn't want to leave. But moving out coz of family commitments.
