Having dealt with Paul and Peter Jarman, Marie and Chris of Assured Property Rentals, we can only boast a truly praising review of this fantastic Lettings Firm. Right from the start, the viewing was a relaxed experience and Paul didn't hurry us as some other agents would. He kindly accommodated us as to a second appointment in order to us signing papers just prior to grabbing keys a couple of days later so we could expedite our house move. Negotiations were accepted, exact and delivered between L/L and Tenant in the way One would have hoped. Brilliant! On moving in and settling, a couple of reasonable snags needed to be resolved in which Marie super duper expeditiously resolved with Chris and sorted them out in the space of a very short amount of time. Assured Property Rentals, indeed! Thoroughly recommend! Neil & Jess 😎

Assured Property Rentals have managed my two properties for 14 years and I can truly say that the experience has been stress free and profitable for me. Assured Property and their great team have always ensured replacement tenants have been found quickly and any work needed has been carried out to a high standard and efficiently.
