They advised on a realistic guide price to get the maximum interest in the property, and the photographs and advertising of the property were excellent. After we accepted an offer that we were extremely pleased with, Rowena kept us informed of progress and her advice on ironing out the inevitable queries that come with house sales was invaluable, resulting in a prompt completion.
