I am very happy to give Bristol Property Partnership 5 starts! I have rented through them for nearly a year and I can't express enough how positive my experience has been. After having encountered so many questionable agencies in the past, I can say that BPP truly stands out for professionalism and for looking after their clients all along throughout their tenancy. Jessie, who has looked after our property, has always been extremely helpful to resolve any of the issues that have occured (very few) during the tenancy. Her, and the rest of the team at BPP, have done a fantastic job and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Bristol.

I had received a job offer in Bristol so had to find a place to rent fast, which is when I found BPP. I viewed the property within days of contacting them and the process of signing contracts and moving in was very quick and easy. All staff that I have been in contact were very nice and any issues that we did have with the property were resolved almost straight away. I rented a room through BPP for just under a year whilst I was working in Bristol. Anne-Marie in particular was a very helpful agent and was always at the end of the phone if you needed her. She was always extremely helpful when moving in and out of the property, as well as respectful when holding viewings for new tenants. Anne-Marie went the extra mile a few times when I lost my key and also allowed me to view the property again outside of normal office hours when moving in to make sure the room was right for me. The helpful staff are what makes the agency different from the rest. The house I stayed in was newly refurbished so luckily I had no major issues or repairs that the agency had to deal with. However, I know if there were they would have been resolved swiftly. I viewed a couple BPP properties and each one was always of a high standard with decent and clean tenants renting the rooms. This was a huge relief for me as I wanted a no-hassle room to rent! I would recommend this agency to any young professionals in Bristol who are looking for a clean and modern property with helpful agents at the end of the phone. Thank you BPP!

Anne-Marie is an excellent sales person and I took a room with BPP mostly for this reason. It was also a good house to start out in Bristol and I made some friends here. They were clear about the fees, the contract etc, it was an easy move in, and moving out was smooth aswell other than having to contact them to find out what was going on with my deposit. We did often receive unnecessary emails, saying they were going to charge or fine us for things which they did not have the power to do anyway. They also take forever to sort out any maintenance issues. I was one of the lucky ones in the house who didn’t have too many problems but I felt for some of my housemates who I know have!!

I was looking for two rooms for short term. Luckily i came across BPP. Usually letting agent will be having lot more rules and restrictions in terms of agreement and referral process. But with BPP i had smooth entry and exit process and everything was very quick. I need to appreciate their service, they do have 24/7 emergency service and they are quick in responding for the any issues with the property. I have used the services of BPP for over 5 years, the owners Nick and Ash have always strived to offer good quality accomodation for their tenants and encourage us landlords to go the extra mile in providing properties that reach their high standards. Any problems in the houses are quickly dealt with by quality workmen and they do not try and rip us off by "enhancing" the contractors quotes unlike other agents we have used. I have been on visits to our properties with both Nick and Ash and their relationship with the tenants is both friendly and concerned and they do go out of their way to help the tenants with any issues they might have. As a landlord I would recommend them unreservedly and we have had emails from tenants that have moved on full of praise for their help while they were tenants.

I have nothing but praise for Nick Josling and Ashley Rigg of BPP. As a former tenant of theirs I found them both to be honest, sincere and extremely helpful!
