Fantastic, professional service from Paul Gammon and the team. From listing the property and finding a suitable tenant, to moving them in was a seamless process. Since the tenants have been in the property everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

As a landlord, I cannot praise the work of Campions enough- especially through the lockdown. Paul and Scott have been in regular communication with me, despite working from home, and have done everything I’ve asked and more in terms of preparing my house for tenancy. Advertising was great, a range of viewings were arranged and they found me a new tenant within a week. Me and my tenants have always been looked after by Campions and I would highly recommend them.

Quality service start to finish by Campions, as a tenant I have found them to be very responsive and dealt with any maintenance issues quick and efficiently when required. Final checks carried out once I left and a full update within a couple of days with a detailed report. Update, 22.10.2018: It has been over a year since my last review, therefore I would like to shed more light on the service that has been provided by Campions agency so far. Gotham gave us Batman, Metropolis is the proud city to have Superman and Bristol is the home of the one and only Sarah Mundy – your first contact regarding property maintenance support. During those months as a tenant, I have experienced a few issues at the property (stain on the wall, tripping fuse, faulty washing machine and boiler), yet a simple e-mail was enough to engaged Sarah in finding the best and quickest solution for me. At this point, depends on complexity of the query, the professional help was on the way or a simple and useful tip was given to handle the case successfully on my own within minutes. My privacy is the top priority for Campions, any necessary visitations scheduled by Sarah, are always introduced to me and awaiting my approval. This year Campions agency has achieved another milestone on the property market, as offering a digital signature, meaning I was able to extend my tenancy contract without leaving my comfortable chair. I am a simple tenant, do not just take my word for it – see for yourself if you are looking for a new place to live. I truly believe that the letter “h” is missing somehow on the signboard – don’t you think, Champions? Much obliged for such a great service! Old review: Campions agency is an absolute gem on the property market these days. Their customer approach, manners and professional way of running a business are a breath of fresh air among the competition. Being with them does not make you feel that you are another number with signed contract. Let me say that due to their commitment and passion, renting experience is more like dealing with old friends rather than a private company. And yet, in fair and professional manner. We can not be more happy. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Having been a landlord for 15 years now I started off doing everything myself including finding tenants in the early days and then after a few years having agents find tenants but still continue day to day management myself. A friend of mine recommended Campions saying they managed her property and was very happy with them and made thing so much easier. After years of phone calls at odd times and trying to find trade persons quickly I felt this was getting more than I could manage with limited time so decide to give Campions a go to manage my property. I must say after a couple of years now with them managing it I couldn't be happier and it so much more stress free to have someone else sort out day to day problems. They always communicate with me well if things come up -- and also will help out beyond their scope on occasion ! One added benefit now is that tenant turn around is so much quicker than in the past and they usually have a new tenant lined up to move in before the previous one has left. This has saved me a lot of money as in the past the property was usually empty few several week. Overall very happy. Good communication , very efficient, trustworthy and good value.

My student daughter rented a place through Campions which unfortunately did not work out (absolutely NOT the fault of Campions, it was sadly just one of those things). We were fortunate enough to deal with the wonderful Scott Westcott who worked above and beyond the call of duty to find a fair and agreeable solution for both tenant and landlord. I cannot praise him enough for his hard work, honesty and sense of fair play so that a fair solution was reached and neither party was left feeling aggrieved or hard done by. (If you ever get fed up of the lettings industry Scott then I think you would have a very bright future in the Diplomatic Service!) For tenants or landlords, Campions are the only agency to go to - they have the interests of all of their customers at heart and will always go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy. After our experience I cannot praise Scott or Campions enough and they are the only agency I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to rent or let out property around Bristol.
