Fantastic service. Ali was always available to answer queries and show us around the house. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. From offer to move-in took 6 weeks (and would have been quicker if not for the solicitor). As first time buyers, the Cool Water team really helped us to understand the buying process and gave us some useful tips to speed things along too. Would highly recommend!

Nice agency with big experience in buying and selling/ rent properties. I've meet Ali, a nice guy who can help you with any problem, kind guy and open minded. They have just nice houses, clean, new furniture, kind peoples in they're houses (you can always find a nice housemate/ roomate) For a 20 years old guy who come first time in a foreing country alone, they helped me alot, they give me advices and they answered my all questions and they gave me the best house for myself. I recomand Cool Water Properties not for a short time, they really care about you! Best choise if you come in Bristol!
