A. C.The landlady (Jane) and the custodian (Glen) were extremely nice and very helpful with everything.
That being said, the room I had was really small and the wall were very thin so I couldn't really have much privacy. I know the room will be enlarged and the layout will change a bit, so that problem will mostly disappear for the next tenant.
Armyn House is great for someone studying at Falmouth University or Penryn Campus (if you have a car) and the location is really great... But for someone relying on a bus pass, might be a bit too much of a commute to the bus stop (especially on a Cornish weather).
Overall, the room was okay for the price and the staff was most helpful.
j.Could not have been better. Went through First Step Homes for accommodation in Falmouth. The flat I stayed in had been renovated recently and was absolutely stunning, with sea views on the balcony and a stunning kitchen / living area. Glen and Jane both have hearts of gold, and are always happy to help. The wifi was fantastic, brilliant speeds and never cut out. Short walk to town centre and Falmouth University. All together a fantastic experience.

Jane the landlady was nothing but helpful throughout my time there, extremely attentive, reasonable and went above and beyond for her tenants when in a national lockdown.

If there are any problems, it is easy to contact them and if there is any maintenance needs doing it is done straight away by they’re on site maintenance man who is incredibly helpful. The flats are very clean and tidy and my daughter was very happy .
