By far the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Quick to respond, no-nonsense, gave us a sensible valuation and then sold our house at what they valued it at within a week. Brilliant all the way through the process, even when our sellers, their agency, their solicitors, and our solicitors were all being slow, Greenwoods were the reliable steadying force through the whole process. Thank you Greenwoods! From day one you displayed professionalism - giving me an honest appraisal of my house even though it may not have been what I wanted to hear. That appraisal was however spot on! You arranged a number of viewings and kept me informed of leads. You got on with the job which in turn allowed me to get on my job. When there was a slight issue with the legal side of my house sale, you came to the fore and listened to me, took on board my concerns and acted. You took responsibility for resolving the issue with the buyer which was greatly appreciated particularly at a time when everyone is so busy. You kept in regular contact when progressing the sale and helped us to get to exchange which wasn't an easy task at the end due to the chain having different requirements. They even helped us to get removals which also make things easier. My only regret - I didn't instruct Greenwoods when I first tried to sell my house. I went with a different agent and probably wasted three months given that Greenwoods introduced more leads to my house in a week than the other agent did in three months.

I dealt with Greenwoods as a buyer but still found them to be very helpful with a positive attitude. They were very keen to help me and my fiance purchase the property, despite representing the seller. Ryan did a good job showing us round the property and another on the same street. I did feel a little rushed when we when back for second viewings with a young lady (whose name I can't remember) but overall, the experience of viewing properties was a positive one. I got the impression their main priority was making sure the viewings were convenient for the seller (a couple with three young children) which is what I would look for as a seller. We had some difficulties getting the completion date agreed because the person at the end of the chain (not Greenwoods' seller) was not keen to compromise. Pete at Greenwoods managed the situation perfectly and was able to get a date agreed that suited everyone. I found Greenwoods to be more flexible, easier to contact and keener to suggest solutions to problems than my own agents. Overall, a thoroughly good service. Definitely recommended.

I bought and sold my first property with Greenwoods. Phil and Chloe were both really knowledgable and guided me through buying and selling my first home with them. After I bought my house, Phil kindly gave advice when I was doing it up as to what would add value to it. When I sold my property, based on the good experience I had buying and afterwards with their advice, I decided to list it with them. I was recently looking to rent a property in Knowle and I must say I had a fantastic service from Greenwoods. The lady I dealt with, Lauryn, was extremely helpful. She was polite and friendly on the phone when I called to set up a viewing, and her manner was very professional. When viewing the property Lauryn was great at explaining everything, answering all of my questions fully; it was clear she knew what she was talking about. I saw from her business card that she has ARLA qualifications, which I found very reassuring. She also showed a charming nature, and I felt at ease with her. I had a couple of other viewings with Lauryn, which proceeded in a similar fashion, and we built up a rapport. She remembered things that I'd told her (even the name of my dog!), which showed that she had listened to me, like I was not only a potential customer but also a person. In the end I did not move house, but if I was ever looking in the area again I would definitely use Greenwoods.
