We had the pleasure of dealing with Hunters Yate in buying our first home. We were really impressed with the quality of their service. From start to finish, they were there for us whenever we needed to speak to them. Not just that, they made sure the processing go smoothly and communicated effectively so that we were in our comfort zone. Sharon is truly a professional and add a personal touch to her service unlike some of the other estate agents. I cannot recommend her enough. After an initial meeting with Rob I used Hunters to sell my house. He ran through all the steps carefully and explained what would happen and the costs. My friend was also selling her house and we were having a house share so we both used Hunters and we’re so glad we did. Sharon became our main point of contact. She did several viewings for me and managed to sell the house subject to contract on the same day. We had a lot of trouble buying our new home (NOT being sold by Hunters!) and Sharon was magnificent keeping us sane and reassuring us that all would be well. She was always available to take our many calls and texts on her days off, weekends and even when she was on her holiday! The whole team were always there for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Review submitted by a house seller. I didn't have a high opinion of estate agents before the experience of using HUNTERS ESTATE AGENT in Yate, don't know why, I hadn't used one for over 37 years so had no real reason to think that way. However, despite all my colleagues telling me to use one of "cheap" coloured bricks online estate agent that are now all over the internet, I would honestly say it was my best decision to use a traditional "bricks and mortar" agent with real responsive, knowledgeable & professional people who were at the end of the phone when you needed them most. I surveyed 3 Yate agents, the decision to use HUNTERS ESTATE AGENT was easy. From the outset, Rob was clear what he needed from me, I gathered everything together for our first meeting and with 10 minutes I was all set up and out of the office. Just listen to what you need to supply Rob and from there it's easy. From that point onwards Sharon was amazing, telephone responsive, knowledgeable and just kept on top of things and was always aware of what was happening the purchase chain. You don't get that with an online agents. Having someone with the inside knowledge and experience of what can go wrong and more important how to avoid it will save time and money in the long run. I got a get price for the house, I would recommend HUNTERS ESTATE AGENT without reservation, if you want a stress free sale and to receive a competitive market price for your property

We highly recommend Hunters. We had no success with a previous estate agent, so asked Hunters to take on our property. We wish that we had done this at the beginning. Sharon could not have been more helpful. Lots of viewings. Sharon always rang us with an update, we never had to chase her. The process of the sale was a bit of a nightmare but Sharon was with us all the way. She constantly chased everyone and kept us informed. She also rang to say that she was on the case but didn't have any further news. As the sale was exchanging and completing, Sharon was on holiday, but she took our file home and chased to ensure everything went through. I’d been recommended to get 3 valuations and whilst I already had 3 booked when Sharon contacted me we were let down by one company. I’d had a bit of email contact with Sharon before and I was really impressed with her helpful and relaxed approach. Due to this great service, I called Sharon’s office and they managed to fit me in that day which was fantastic. She was kind and professional and explained what they could offer and took a genuine interest in me, my property and my dog which went along way with me.
