Moved into the space almost a year ago, and while I must say it is not perfect, it is still amazing. For starters, the space is pleasant, there are useful facilities, Gym, IT rooms, 'Gardens', Parking to name a few. Also they are very forgiving with the space, no lengthy process to follow if you want to put up a tv, or have some shelves installed or anything like that. Issues wise, sometimes it gets a bit loud, there are kids living here and couples so its to be expected, nothing extreme. However its not the most energy efficient place and the energy bill during the winter can be staggering. Despite these issues how ever I LOVED my flat, my neighbors, and the staff!

It gives the feeling of a prison as no one can get in without special keys. Large gates to get in and out don't always open as electrically controlled and tend to be not working. Lots of bits of rubbish and waste, left everywhere inside and out. Off white paint everywhere, Doors, Windows, and Walls. At least it's a step up from homelessnes.

Extremely friendly staff, always there to help out, even with unconventional issues. They are only humans, and so are we. People complain about drug abuse, violence, noises. What do you expect them to do? Do you want them to check every apartment every hour so they can prevent all of these issues? I'll tell you what they can do. They placed CCTV everywhere, there is a security and their number to call if there is an issue, they keep it confidential. Anything beyond this is simply unreasonable. They provide FREE printing, FREE gym, FREE parking with FREE monitoring. Imperial Apartments is conveniently located near a shopping plaza, with Aldi, Costa, Bedroom stores, Hobby stores. There is is a park nearby, GP. A bus stop is located few metres from the gate. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. The management team is flexible. They even let you drill holes and decorate the apartment up to your taste as long as we restore the original condition before you move out. They even organised Easter event for kids, BBQ, Zumba. The only thing I would warn future tenants about is that the place is all electric. Winters can be cold and expensive to keep yourselves warm. Thank you very much, I appreciated everything you gave me. I wish I could stay longer. Pav.

I moved into the flat just before Christmas. I was already stressed out and worried about my benefits but Nick helped me a lot with my benefits, so I was able to relax and enjoy my Christmas. Really helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend.
