I have been with Moorfield for over 7 years. In that time I've always found the team to be very proactive and protective of my interests as a landlord whilst ensuring I meet all obligations to the Tenant, even encouraging me to go over and beyond to nurture goodwill. The fully managed service is extremely good value and I have never had a single rent payment missed and that is due in part to their diligence in vetting potential tenants and ensuring my property is an appropriate fit i.e. I have never had a family of 4 in my 1bed flat! My property manager Charlie is always at the end of the phone or promptly returns my calls if he is not. With a portfolio of properties nationwide, I can honestly say that Moorfield is one of the best agents that I have worked with.

I bought a property through Moorfields around a year ago and received excellent and professional service. Despite my rather challenging conveyancing firm (found by myself elsewhere regretfully!), Mark remained patient and professional throughout. Would highly recommend and will use when I eventually come to sell. Well done Mark especially.

I have used this Estate Agent to find tenants several times now. Highly professional, very thorough, making sure the interests of the tenants and the landlord are taken care of. Paperwork always up to date. Never had any problems, always found professional tenants who have kept my house well, on leaving, got their full deposit back because they have been respected the property. Would recommend. I had a very good experience buying a house though Moorfields. They were personable, honest and experienced ie unlike all of the other estate agents I met whilst searching for a house in Bristol! I mainly dealt with Mark and he was such a decent guy, who was also happy to recommend local tradesmen once I'd moved in.
