A friendly, knowledgeable and supremely professional team. I feel confident and reassured knowing my house and my tenants are in such good hands. I needed to leave Bristol but didn't want to sell up, so I'm letting my house through Ocean as a first-time landlord. I cannot thank the Bishopston lettings team enough for all their help, advice and patience. Wes and Chantelle deserve specific mentions. When I leave something with them, it gets done, no chasing up necessary! They are both lovely people and incredibly good at their jobs. Letting out my home was a bit emotional, and there was obviously a lot of paperwork I had no experience with, and they've been great on both fronts. I never feel rushed talking through decisions. We have been really impressed with the professional service received from Ocean. In particular, we found their knowledge of our property went a long way, and the photos used were of a high standard. Jason and Ella have provided helpful guidance and have been extremely responsive. Ella would be kind enough to let us know as soon as the viewing had finished and would keep us updated very regularly; it’s these small touches that make a big difference.
