The team at South West Relocation were helpful from the start. They explained the letting process and costs involved. Their on line forms to gather information, sign leases, submit payslips were easy to complete saving lots of posting of paperwork. The team were readily available on the phone or via email with answers and maintenance solutions as needed. The checkout process was also very smooth. I can recommend them to any potential tenants.

I used this company to rent out my 3 bedroom property in Thornbury, after being recommended them, while we left the country for work for several years. We didn't have any prior experience of letting, but when we spoke to SWR they explained everything very clearly, and gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions. They supported us throughout the whole process, and everything was so smooth and easy! Their fees were reasonable, and included lots of extra bits that other agents charged extra for - so that was helpful to us. We didn't get the feeling we were pushed into anything, or that they were trying to make lots of profit over everything else - it really felt they wanted to make life easy for us as their first priority. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we are posted outside of the UK again. Their family ethos really shows when dealing with them, we were very well looked after.
