They say selling/buying a house is one of the most stressful things in life to do, absolutely right, especially when trying to beat a stamp duty deadline! Working with the team at Taylors made a huge difference. With diligence, care and attention and responsive communication I had no doubts everything would be sorted and I was right, absolutely brilliant. Taylors are a strong team, achieving results by working together, but I have to make special mention with grateful thanks to Katie Hooper who made things happen when needed and kept my blood pressure in check! Fantastic support from Peach, Ben and Tom Bowley too, a tip top group of people who will go the extra mile to help out, keep you updated and everything under control from start to finish. We were incredibly impressed with the service provided by Taylors Estate Agent, Kingswood branch, from our first interaction (booking a viewing) all the way through to exchange/completion. They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and excellent communication was maintained at all times. They were proactive and engaged with us throughout, so we always knew what was going on. We are really pleased that Taylor’s Kingswood successfully sold our house. We ended up having a drawn-out, incredibly stressful process due to our buyers being slow, uncommunicative and grossly uncooperative. Katie and Ben at Taylor’s put a huge amount of time and effort into completing our sale - multiple daily points of contact, buckets of empathy and a human approach that was appreciate more than words can describe. Taylor’s Kingswood were exceptional from the start. Starting at the valuation, Ben Davey came across as more professional and knowledgable of the area, than all of the other agents I met with, and I felt confident Taylors would get the best price for my property, which we did in just a couple of days!! Through the whole sales process, the team - especially Ben and Katie, were always available to help with queries and ensure that things went through as quickly as the process would allow, and I felt really supported by them when solicitors were not being helpful..! My first interaction with Taylors Estate agents, Kingswood was a perfect experience. I telephoned with an enquiry on behalf of my then, 79 year old father regarding a property that had recently come onto the market. My father and I viewed the property within one week and an offer was made. My dad and I were updated by telephone throughout the purchase, and Katie, who was our contact and the representative at Taylors could not do enough for us. I would like to add that Katie went above and beyond to help us with this purchase, and we are very grateful for all of your help. I would highly recommend Taylors Estate agents following my experience with them. My father was very delighted that Katie remembered his 80th birthday during the purchase of the property and he was very grateful she gave him a birthday card. A great experience, thank you.

Great service! After a real nightmare with our lawyers, the Fishponds branch of Taylors were the one shining light. 2 members of their team really stood out; Xenia and then a massive special mention to Katie (manager). They took our concerns and obstacles to heart, the term "Proactive" springs to mind which may not sound like a big deal but believe me when buying a house this is what you want, estate agents that jump on problems that may not have even occurred yet instead of just reacting to them when they occur. Also actually calling people when you say you will goes along way. Don't intend on buying another house any time soon but when the time comes, this is who I will be calling

We cannot sing Katie Hooper from Taylor’s Estate Agents praises enough. We were first time buyers in a difficult market and from the very first phone call I knew Katie meant business.
