I have had a fantastic experience working with the Taylor’s team in Downened. Kevin valued the property and provided excellent local knowledge and consultancy. Wow, all I can say is thank you! First of all to Jane Cook, who introduced us to what is now our new home! I called to ask about a viewing for another property, she asked me a couple of fact finding questions and then told me about a property that hadn't quite gone on the market yet. We arranged a viewing for the very next day. Then we met with Ashleigh Thwaites who showed us the property. Once we had our offer accepted, Ashleigh and Jane were both diligent in making sure the chain was moving along and chasing where needed. Would definitely recommend Taylors downend due to Ashleigh. It was my second house purchase and I never realised how important it was to pick a good estate agent to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible once the property is sold.
