Whenever I have had an issue with the property I lived in, which was been rarely over five plus years, Mike and his team always responded promptly, politely, positively and professionally. I can hand on heart recommend letting through TLS.

I used TLS to manage the rental of my property and, later, to negotiate it's sale. For both they provided a first class, faultless service. Sophie and Mike were always friendly, helpful and prompt to respond to my queries and problems. Their prices are far lower than rival agents but, more importantly, their service is far better and far more personal than you will get from a 'franchise' agent. I have used many estate agents in the past but TLS are the only agent I would, without hesitation, use again.
