As an immigrant to a new environment, finding a place to stay is never an easy thing. I had some bad experiences during my search, until I started my conversation with Julie. Julie had expressed her empathy and was really putting effort to discuss with myself and the landlord to reach the agreement. However, Woods Estate Agents Bradley Stoke has restored my faith in estate agencies after having poor experiences in the past. The ladies at the Bradley Stoke branch couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating from property search to move-in, answering my myriad of questions about the property, doing all they could to help with setting things up and being flexible with viewing and move-in times to suit me. On move-in day, I was greeted at the property and guided through all proper documentation including gas safety certificates which was very professional and assured me that I as a tenant and the property itself were looked after by the estate agency. Communication was great, I never had to chase them for a response and they called me to follow up off their own initiative which I really appreciated.
