I have rented in Cardiff for 7 years with many different letting agents and have to say the guys here are the easiest to deal with. This will also mark the first time my deposit has been returned in full by a letting agency!
They are extremely personable and approachable, and very accommodating to reasonable requests.
It is not a huge agency, so you can expect to be contacting the same few people, which is a huge plus in this case. I have been in contact primarily with Rikki, and on some occasions Dave, and have had a great experience with both.
I have had many issues sorted by the maintenance team, and they have been completed quickly. I do think sometimes there is miscommunication between the external contractors and albany property services, and this can be improved, but overall the maintenance aspect is good and easy to organize.
I would definitely recommend this letting agency, really glad I found them and rented with them!

S. H. R. H.All the 3 and a half years that i was in Cardiff, I rented a nice flat from Albany and extended my contract with them several times. They are very nice and professional chaps. All i can say is they are on your side and do their best so that you have a nice and memorable stay. They consider your problem as their problem during your stay. Anytime something was not working they sorted it out asap. It was such a nice experience. I was wondering if I could stay more in Cardiff and continued my contract with them.

M. J.I've been letting property with Adil and his team since about 2009 - so coming up 10 years now.
After dealing with other Cardiff-based letting agencies I won't name, who did almost nothing to help me let my property, it was a refreshing change to work with Adil, who was very active and got on with what was needed quickly.
Many claim to treat your property like it was their own; but Adil really HAS acted consistently on that.
He and his team have worked hard to get new tenants when needed; to handle tenant complaints or issues quickly; to get quality but good value contractors in - they've dealt with anything from replacing a boiler to rebuilding the bathroom.
It's a great relief to be able to concentrate on my other businesses, knowing that Adil has got my back in Cardiff!
Not only that, their rates have been consistently better value than the competition, whose actual work I found lack lustre at best and almost horizontal with laziness at worst.
Definitely my kind of property manager.
B. A.Block Management! Compared to the other Agents I have to deal with concerning issues with tenants in a block situation, Albany are a dream!
