I recently used Belvoir Cardiff to sell my property and the experience was straight forward and easy. It was my first time selling a property and Dan was knowledgeable offering assistance with solicitors and arranging all the access for viewings and surveys etc. The property moved from sale agreed to completion within 2 months even though there were some complications along the way which were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. All statements are delivered on time and for the past 2 years they have been sending me an annual summary statement which has everything I need for my tax return all in one place. I am kept up to date with any issues on the apartment and organised replacement items and/or works within less than one week. They let me know about any new regulations and even helped me through the process of registering with Rent Smart Wales and in my correspondence with the maintenance company MainStay. I cannot fault them. Julie is alert, efficient and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Cardiff to anyone renting in the area.
