Rented with Capital Properties for 2 years. The property was clean when I moved in, I was happy with the communications I had with the staff in the office, maintenance issues were sorted promptly and I did not have any issues at the end of the tenancy. Capital Properties have been better than other letting agencies I have used previously.

After such an awful experience with another agency I started renting a flat with Capital Properties. What I can say for sure - it's a good team of professionals. I found the property clean and ready for new tenants. Ladies in the office are helpful and well organized.
