I rented a flat with Cardiff Estates and Lettings last year. Mary, Georgia and the rest of the team did a great job of making the moving in, living in the flat and moving out a pleasant experience. They were always quick to answer questions and sort out issues. Highly recommended.

Since the beginning of our letting procedure, Cardiff Lettings treated me and my partner with consideration and professionalism. Some necessary works were arranged quickly and all the problems were resolved efficiently and with minimum disruption to our daily schedules (we are both professionals and this was quite important). When we had a water leak from the washing machine they immediately arranged for a plumber to come, and the issue was resolved in just a few hours. They are always very polite and respond promptly to our emails. We are very happy with their behavior and their overall attitude. They are highly recommended.

We received a very professional and friendly service from Cardiff Lettings. Any initial move in issues were resolved immediately. Matt was incredibly helpful at all times and also very accommodating on our departure, as I needed a little extra time for the removal company on the day of moving out (I didn't know what time they were arriving for collection). Matt was kind enough to let me hand in the keys to concierge when removals had collected & left. Although I didn't need to do this (the removal company arrived very early on day of departure) - it was very kind of Matt to be accommodating - taking away extra stress! It took a over a month to get our deposit back - however we did have to submit our final cleared bills - and there was Christmas/ New Yr holidays in between as well so this added to the time. Overall, I would recommend Cardiff lettings to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and great service. Special thanks to Matt, Tracy and Nancy.
