I have been renting a property managed by CPS and frankly, they are the best agency in Cardiff. Whenever something gets broken they are very quick to fix it (and for me this is the top 1 thing I search for in an agency). They are very responsive and reliable. Their staff is super efficient and organized. If we have ever had a problem this was because of other people and not CPS. My experience is with Emma George and I can say that she's brilliant. Very polite, helpful, and responsive.

Great customer service. Staff are always friendly and polite and prompt in their responses. Minor maintenance issues we've had have always been completely quickly even when they aren't priority repairs. I've been a tenant for 3 years and I've never had an issue with neither the letting agent or the landlord. Extremely happy to continue to live in a CPS managed property. Recent experience with Sam in maintenance for a request to the landlord. Extreme quick and punctual and can't thank him enough for his service! :)

We've just bought a house through CPS, and we were delighted how things went. Obviously the agent is paid by and represents the seller, and Angela did that, but at all times in the process she communicated clearly to us what the position was. In particular as we got close to completion she was fantastic: there were some delays coming first from our side (solicitors taking longer than expected) and then from the vendor's side, so that in the end we exchanged and completed about 3 weeks after we'd expected, and I think both parties were a little nervous that things might fall through (we were certainly very tense at the time!). But Angela helped keep everyone calm, and communicated very clearly as to what the delays were, so that we were all reassured that it would go through in the end--which we did, and we're absolutely delighted to be settling in.

CPS Homes sold my flat for me and I found them excellent. When i put it on the market their selling fees were a fair bit lower than many other estate agents. Because of Covid and also waiting for probate to come through, the process was dragged out a lot longer than expected, but Angela and Sian always kept me well informed of any news or issues. All in all I was extremely happy with my experience with CPS.

So far so good with CPS as letting agents. We've been happy with them as tenants in almost every way. We wish they'd given us a forwarding address to send mail on to our predecessors. Whatever the liabilities (and the current industry standards), forwarding things on is a nice thing to do. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Responsive to maintenance requests, etc. It's also worth saying that they seem to have been recommended by most people we've asked. Well done so far, CPS. Keep up the good work.

We had other viewings organised, however CPS was our first and only one we needed. Shortly before our appointment they remembered a third property they could show us and it was perfect, and ended up being the property we took. We were dealt with by two employees (one blonde woman and Rhys) and both were very friendly and personable. They made sure we knew what was happening, how we went forward etc. We needed to move in a few days before the tenancy agreement and this was all sorted very smoothly.

Our viewing with CPS Homes took place after we had been to a number of viewings with other agents and it was definitely one of the best we experienced. The flat was excellent and was exactly how it had been described on the RightMove website - we decided to take it straight away. Tom was our guide and he was extremely helpful, giving us a great overview of the flat and the location. It's not an easy decision to make when you are choosing a place that you will be living for the next few months to a year, but Tom and the staff at CPS Homes helped us to make the right choice and gave us the opportunity to ask any questions we had. The service was great, from the first telephone call to arrange the viewing to the day of the viewing itself. Tom called me a few times to make sure that the viewing slot was suitable and to advise me of other properties, which I found very helpful. Myself and my partner are looking forward to continuing our relationship with CPS Homes and to moving into our new flat!

Delt with two agents, first one didn’t give me much information on the property. However, the second agent showed me a property which was a add on as the first property had already been let by the time of my viewing. Second agent took me to an alternative viewing which meet my needs and I liked. She negotiated with the landlord for me. Which resulted in me letting the property.

Friendly, informative, and relatively quick when things break etc. Only problem is that they often don't give any notice before viewings, when they're legally required to give 24 hours notice at an agreeable time. Not perfect but I've had much, much worse

Overall a good service, however when booking my appointment over the phone I said what date I would be available to move in from and selected the flat I wanted to view, then when I arrived at the appointment I was told there was no point in viewing that flat because it was available immediately and I couldn't move in for 2 months, would have been good to be told this on the phone before hand.
