We contacted Darlows to arrange a visit for a property, which unfortunately hasn’t worked out but, Jack in the Rumney branch built a good rapport with us very quickly. He kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, was happy to answer any questions we had and arrange a second viewing after his working hours just to suit us. We’d have no hesitation to contact him in the future and I trust that he’d inform us of any suitable properties which may come to the market.

Adam Robjohn was superb! From the time we first met at a viewing all the way through to completion, Adam was on hand to help us every step of the way. As first time buyers, we didn't have a clue about the process and asked numerous questions but nothing was too much trouble for Adam. His communication skills were excellent. All call backs from the agents were completed as arranged and throughout the process I got frequent updates with regards to the status of my purchase and the most recent steps that had taken place. The office is accessible on the main road at the top of Rumney hill. As a first time buyer I would say they were very easy and straightforward to deal with. The only constructive point I would put forward for them, would be that the call centre department who deals with overflow calls, probably took in excess of 10 messages for callbacks from me and promised to pass these on, which never happened. The office in Rumney itself is very efficient at keeping callbacks consistent, but the overflow team need some work. Thank you guys!
