The staff made the process of letting the property very easy and convenient. Whenever we had issues, the manager, Ben was quick to respond and arrange it to be fixed. The landlord made repairs available when requested and keeps the property in very good shape. The pricing is a bargain for a room with bills included. Overall great customer service and a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.

Overall Pretty good. The process of signing a tenancy was complicated; "canopy" may be the worst system I've ever encountered. We didn't get our inventory until we were 2 months from moving out. They did respond quickly when our boiler needed maintenance. Rhys on the other hand was very professional. He handled the viewings for the prospective new tenants. He was very respectful of our space while showing people around and was very friendly the whole time.

Mel has been an absolute star throughout the whole process of buying our first home! As a first time buyer I had no idea where to start. Mel recommended an amazing mortgage broker and solicitor which also saved me from any hidden costs When ever I had a question or if a problem came up she was always there to help, including emailing solicitors on my behalf when things got a bit slow It has made the stressful process of buying our first home so much easier! The most professional Estate Agents I’ve dealt with in my 10 years of living in Cardiff. As a tenant it’s difficult to get your point across when certain issues come up. Harry Harper took on board my concerns and got the issues resolved as soon as possible with minimal fuss. Blown away by the fact that I was able to view on a Sunday! I viewed the property with Benjamin who at the time of the viewing offered me her personal mobile number if I had any further questions which was a great touch. After offering on the property I was kept up to speed with how my offer was progressing throughout the negotiation process (there was another party also offering). Have just viewed the property a second time and we are really pleased with the property and the service we have received as buyers! Highly recommended!

The sale took a while to complete due to delays on the part of the buyer’s solicitor, no problems with the service from Harry Harper though.

I contracted Harry Harper Estate Agents when looking for a property to purchase. They were very informative, took lots of details from me in relation to what I was looking for and my position. First tenancy is 6 months for all tenants and renewal fee seems a bit steep, but it was worth it. After multiple issues with my previous 2 letting agencies, I realised you get what you pay for. Maintenance issues were dealt with quickly, they trust tenants enough not to pop in every few months for inspections (like previous agencies) and just let you get on. When I go in the staff are all friendly and keen to sort out any queries asap. And even after being with them only 6 months (just renewed our tenancy, which you can choose 6 or 12 months) whenever I go into the office, the staff know who I am and remember queries I've made previously without having to pull up my account. All in all, I'm more than happy with Harry Harper, and hope to be with them as long as I'm renting.
